Karen Crosby

Karen Crosby is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology and digital law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Trend Micro since January 2023, Crosby focuses on cybersecurity issues affecting global organizations and individuals. Prior to this role, Crosby held positions at Asda and Philips, including Senior Lawyer Digital at Asda where responsibilities included managing a legal team for various digital initiatives, and multiple roles at Philips where legal support was provided to the enterprise IT and Chief Technology offices. Crosby's earlier legal foundation includes time at Hay & Kilner, where transactional documentation was drafted and negotiated. Crosby earned an LLB Hons degree from Northumbria University.
