Leah Grubb started their work experience in 2012 as an Assistant Merchant at Tory Burch before moving on to become an Associate Merchant. Leah then worked at Club Monaco as an Associate Merchant before transitioning to the role of Buyer for US Stores in Women's Apparel and Accessories. In 2017, Leah joined Gap as a Merchandiser and later became a Senior Merchandiser, leading a team to drive global girl's assortment. Leah contributed to the conceptualization and testing of a teen product capsule, resulting in a global roll-out. In 2020, they joined Glossier, Inc. as the Head of Makeup, where they drove the product assortment and revenue strategy for the largest category, representing 50% of annual sales.
