Danique Wieling

Digital Customer Experience at Trengo

Danique Wieling has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as an Informant at Hogeschool Utrecht in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Stagiaire Marketing en Communicatie By Night at TivoliVredenburg, where they were involved in promoting events and coordinating with external parties. They also worked as an Attendant at Escaping: Real Life Escape Room Game Utrecht from 2015 to 2016.

From 2017 to 2018, Danique held multiple positions at Vereniging Nederlandse Poppodia en -Festivals, including Productie-assistent and Stagiaire verenigingsactiviteiten, communicatie en algemene ondersteuning. They were responsible for organizing events, handling communication tasks, and conducting research on digitalization opportunities.

In 2019, Danique worked as a Salesmedewerker JEU de Boules Bar, where they welcomed and assisted guests, handled sales activities, and performed hospitality tasks. They later joined TMI.academy in 2020 as a Coach, guiding students in digital literacy during project weeks.

From 2020 onwards, Danique has been working at Trengo - Smart Customer Engagement Platform, starting as a Customer Happiness team member and eventually taking on roles such as Product Specialist, Teamlead Technical Support, and currently the Manager of Support.

Danique Wieling completed their education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, with a focus on Digitale Media en Communicatie. Prior to that, they attended RSG Broklede from 2006 to 2012, completing their secondary education and obtaining their VWO diploma. Additionally, they obtained certifications for their Bachelor of Communication from Hogeschool Utrecht in September 2017, as well as a Propedeuse certificate in Digitale Media en Communicatie in June 2014 from the same institution. In June 2012, they also obtained their VWO diploma from RSG Broklede.
