Suzanne Gilbert has worked in various roles in the hospitality and customer service industries since 2011. In 2011, they were a ski instructor at Snow and Fun in Hinterglemm. In 2012, they were a trainee at Inntel Hotels, where they trained in the Food and Beverage department. In 2013, they completed an internship at 45 Park Lane Hotel, where they worked as a host team member. In 2014, they were a management trainee at Coworth Park Hotel, where they worked in the Food and Beverage Department and the Rooms Division Department. In 2015, they were a guest services employee at Rapport Guest Services, where they were highly commended at the 2016 Service Excellence Awards. In 2016, they were a Senior Relocation Consultant at Cartus, where they co-managed a team of consultants, managed and supported team workloads, and was the main point of contact to suppliers. In 2019, they were a Senior Supplier Account Specialist at BGRS. Since 2021, they have been a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Trengo, a smart conversations platform.

Suzanne Gilbert obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management from Eurocollege Rotterdam from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended ACS Cobham - London from 2008 to 2011 and obtained their International Baccalaureate (IB) Certificates and High School Diploma. In addition, they have obtained a Commercial Customer Success Course from SAASCollective in September 2021 and is expected to obtain a CSM School certification from Pavilion in December 2022.
