George Baldini

George Baldini has a diverse background in data engineering, analytics, and research. George began their career in 2016 as a Sports Analytics Intern for Tresata, where they wrote code in Scala and Scalding to run in Hadoop and created a basketball analytics dashboard. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant for Athlete Intelligence, a sports technology and data analytics company, where they enriched their data set and found correlations among the data. In 2018, they were a Data Analytics Intern for Tresata where they led a self-initiated research project to analyze the effects of a light rail on affordable housing. From 2015-2019, they worked at Davidson College as a Computer Science Tutor and Research Assistant, tutoring students in various computer science topics and working with a professor on various projects. In 2019, they returned to Tresata as a Senior Data Engineer and Data Engineer.

George Baldini attended Davidson College from 2015 to 2019, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Data Science.
