Ilkka Teirioja

Ilkka Teirioja has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Factory Manager at Treston since January 2018. Prior to this role, Ilkka worked at Scanfil as Technical Manager, focusing on quality, new product introduction, and process development. Ilkka held various leadership positions at Mecanova Oy, including Plant Manager and Development Manager, overseeing production management and quality initiatives. Earlier career roles include Development Engineer at Nordic Aluminium, Production Development Consultant at X-Point, and Project Manager at Flextronics, where significant contributions to technology transfers and production planning were made. Ilkka began their career as a Production Planner at Ojala Yhtymä and holds an engineering degree in Automotive from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
