Yonaton Abramove

Yonaton Abramove joined Trez Capital’s Real Estate Bridge Financing division in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the origination efforts for the real estate bridge financing program.

Prior to joining Trez Capital, Yonaton worked for a family office called High Line Development Group as a Real Estate Analyst, where he focused on underwriting ground-up developments and assisted with managing a portfolio of properties within the United States and Israel.

Yonaton has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate & has an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance from Baruch College.
