Nikki Wilson

Nikki Wilson, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nikki is currently employed as the Chief People Officer at TRG, where they are responsible for leading a pioneering HR team to modernize and elevate the employee experience. Nikki is also leading the DEI journey and actively involved in the rebranding and business transformation efforts of the company.

Before joining TRG, Nikki worked as an HR Consultant at The Loop Lab, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at General Motors for nearly two decades. Their roles at General Motors included HR & Labor Relations Director in Arlington, TX, where they spearheaded the pre-hire to retire employee lifecycle in a unionized manufacturing environment. Nikki also served as the HR & Labor Relations Director in Kokomo and Marion, IN, where they championed HR and Labor Relations for two facilities and led the collective bargaining strategy. Additionally, they held the position of Labor Relations Manager in Marion, IN, and took on the role of Special Project Lead.

Nikki also gained international experience during their time as the Human Resources Manager in Bangalore, India, where they transformed the HR delivery model and led a large-scale change management initiative. Nikki also served as the Interim Human Resources Manager for GM Middle East in Dubai, UAE, leading a team to elevate HR services in the emerging market. Furthermore, they worked as a Labor Relations Representative at General Motors, negotiating local union agreements and providing counsel on business issues.

Nikki began their career at General Motors as a Human Resources Business Partner for OnStar, where they consulted with leaders to deliver people solutions and executed high-volume staffing and hiring plans. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, implemented talent management processes, and successfully managed large-scale projects, all while championing equity and accountability within HR policies.
