Nikki Wilson, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nikki is currently employed as the Chief People Officer at TRG, where they are responsible for leading a pioneering HR team to modernize and elevate the employee experience. Furthermore, they worked as a Labor Relations Representative at General Motors, negotiating local union agreements and providing counsel on business issues.

Nikki began their career at General Motors as a Human Resources Business Partner for OnStar, where they consulted with leaders to deliver people solutions and executed high-volume staffing and hiring plans. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, implemented talent management processes, and successfully managed large-scale projects, all while championing equity and accountability within HR policies.
