Amanda Demallie

Amanda DeMallie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amanda started their career as an Administrative Manager at Nichols, Melburg & Rossetto in 1987 and remained in that role until 1997. Following this, Amanda worked at P&M Cedar Products as an Office Manager from 1997 to 2001. Amanda then transitioned to become an Independent Business Owner at AD Consulting from 2001 to 2006.

In 2006, Amanda joined North Valley Bank as the VP, Electronic Banking and Central Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing employees, operations, and system applications associated with the bank's centralized operations. Amanda also oversaw risk functions and developed methods to mitigate financial loss in this role. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the SVP, Director of Centralized Banking at North Valley Bank.

Amanda then moved to Tri Counties Bank, where they held various positions. Amanda started as the VP, Bank Support Services Manager from November 2014 to March 2015. Amanda subsequently became the VP, Director of Project Management, a role they held from March 2015 onwards. In this position, they defined a standard, corporate project management methodology, ensured adherence to those standards, and provided leadership and management support to a team of Project Managers and the Facilities and Purchasing Department.

In March 2019, Amanda was promoted to SVP, Director of Project Management at Tri Counties Bank, where they continued to oversee the overall project portfolio and program management. Amanda ensured all monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping requirements were met.
