Shweta Haight

Shweta Haight, MBA, currently serves as the VP, Director of Digital Product Management at Tri Counties Bank, bringing extensive experience in digital product management from roles at Golden 1 Credit Union, including Manager and Product Owner for Digital Experience. Prior to that, Shweta worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at the California Earthquake Authority, and held various positions, including Manager and Senior Analyst, at Franklin Templeton Investments.
