Carlos Leon

Carlos Leon has a diverse work history with experience in various roles. Carlos most recently worked at Tri-County Care CCO, starting in September 2021 as a Care Manager Supervisor. Previously at the same company, they held the position of Care Manager from December 2020 to September 2021.
