Jacquelyn Reyes

Jacquelyn Reyes has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Jacquelyn started their career as an educator at Bronx EOC from 2001 to 2008. Jacquelyn then worked as a Care Manager at Acacia Network from December 2015 to October 2019. Following that, they served as a Care Coordinator at Morris Heights Health Center from March 2016 to January 2018, and again from March 2016 to October 2019. From September 2018 to October 2019, they were a Care Coordinator at Astor Services for Children & Families. Additionally, they were an Outreach Coordinator at Alpha & Omega Church starting in 2009. Most recently, they have been working as a Care Manager at Tri-County Care CCO since October 2019. Throughout their career, they have also held the role of Counselor/Chaplain at Chaplain Workers Federation, although the exact dates are not provided.

Jacquelyn Reyes obtained their Master's degree in Human Services, General from Boricua College between 2013 and 2015.
