Rachelle Young

Rachelle Young's work experience includes serving as a Care Manager at Tri-County Care CCO since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Child Protective Services Case-worker at the Washington County (NY) Department of Social Services from January 2020 to April 2023.
