Gray Shell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the homebuilding and finance sectors. Currently serving as Division President for TRI Pointe Homes in the Carolinas since October 2018, Gray previously held similar roles at Taylor Morrison and Orleans Homebuilders, demonstrating strong leadership in the industry. Prior financial expertise includes positions as Chief Financial Officer at InVue Security Products and Orleans Homebuilders, along with key financial roles at Lennar and Pulte Homes. Early career experience includes a managerial position at Arthur Andersen. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Appalachian State University.
