Steven Francis

Steven Francis is an accomplished Division President with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving at Tri Pointe Homes since October 2025. Prior to this role, Steven held similar positions at PulteGroup, Richmond American Homes, and Fielding Homes, demonstrating a strong leadership track record. In a previous tenure at Standard Pacific Homes, Steven progressed through various roles including President of the Charlotte Division and Vice President of Operations and Finance. Steven's career began with financial roles at Lennar and Standard Pacific Homes, following earlier experience at Marriott International. Steven holds a Master's of Accounting from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Marshall University.
