Pedram Rastegar

Pedram Rastegar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Pedram began their career at the Fairfax County Government Center as an Administrative Assistant III/Capital Facilities IT Support Group. Pedram then moved on to work as a Technical Recruiter at Biz4Mation Inc. and Blackstone Technology Group. Pedram also worked as a Technical Recruiter and Account Executive at xScion Solutions, where they focused on providing IT services to corporate and government organizations. Pedram later joined Paradyme Management Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Pedram then transitioned to Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC), where they held positions as Director of Recruiting and Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Tria Federal (Tria) and is also a member of the OnCon Senior Council at OnConferences.

Pedram Rastegar attended George Mason University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Sports Management. Pedram'sfield of study during this time was Recreation, Health and Tourism.
