Deb Gifford

Deb Gifford is currently the Client Contracts Team Lead at Triage Staffing. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Paralegal at Infogroup from August 2016 to May 2017. There, they were responsible for preparing contracts, collaborating with sales teams and contract administrators in the contract negotiation process, coordinating review of contracts with Credit, Insurance, Information Security and Data Audit, maintaining and organizing records of negotiated contracts and related correspondence, and managing daily workflow to ensure deadlines were met.

From June 2006 to June 2016, Deb Gifford worked as a Contracts & IP Paralegal at ConAgra Foods, Inc. Deb also managed the intellectual property portfolio and provided support on trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.

Prior to their work at ConAgra Foods, Inc., Deb Gifford worked as a Senior Legal Administrative Assistant at Kutak Rock from September 1993 to June 2006. In this role, they provided administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in the firm's corporate practice group. Deb also assisted with the preparation of legal documents, maintained client files, and coordinated travel arrangements for attorneys.
