Victor H. Cuello Jr.

Victor H. Cuello Jr. has a wealth of experience in warehousing, operations management, and distribution. Victor H. began their career in 1993 as a Plant Manager for Andes Industries Inc., where they managed 50 direct reports in the production process and developed strong relationship skills with customers. In 1996, they started their own business, Destinee, Inc., where they led comprehensive operations management functions and built and oversaw 2 managers, 2 supervisors, and 30-70 staff. Victor H. increased ship sale from $20M to $38M in 3 years. From 2000-2017, they worked at Horizon Group USA, where they held the role of VP of Warehouse Operations and Warehouse Manager. During this time, they directed overall operations for a 215k sq. ft. facility spanning $25M in on-hand inventory and 5,000+ SKUs, and successfully orchestrated a 40-mile move from a 100k sq ft warehouse to a new 145k sq ft warehouse. In 2017, they moved to Carrier Enterprise as a Distribution Manager, and in 2018, they began working at Triangle Home Fashions as Warehouse and Distribution Manager.

Victor H. Cuello Jr. is currently enrolled at St. John's University - St. Vincents College, where they are studying Criminal Justice.
