Balasubrahmanyam Boddu

Balasubrahmanyam Boddu is an experienced technology professional with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as Associate Director at Trianz since October 2009, Balasubrahmanyam has held various leadership roles, including Principal Architect and Lead Architect for ITSM solutions utilizing BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ITSM solutions, conducting gap analyses to align processes with ITIL best practices, and facilitating workshops on Asset Management and Configuration Management Databases (CMDB). Previous positions include Principal Architect at Mastercard, Data Mapping Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, and Solutions Architect at Jacobs Engineering. Balasubrahmanyam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Osmania University.
