Ravi Ranjan

Ravi Ranjan is currently the Senior Project Lead at Trianz, with previous experience as Lead Consultant at Infosys and Associate Consultant at HCL Technologies. Ravi has also worked as an Associate SME at Microland Limited and as an Information Security Administrator at Affiliated Computer Services of India Private Limited. Ravi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from North Maharashtra University. Throughout their career, Ravi has focused on managing and leading projects related to Unified Communication technologies such as Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
