Head Of Student Engagement (strategic Business Development) at Tribal Group

Reza Mosavian has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Starting in 2010, Reza worked as a Teacher of ICT/Media/Music Technology at North Oxfordshire Academy, where they were responsible for planning and delivering lessons, setting deadlines, and evaluating coursework. In 2012, Reza joined City College Coventry as the Head of ILT/eLearning and later took on the role of Course Organiser & Cross College Programme Area Manager (EdTech). In these positions, they provided leadership in learning technologies, ensured high-quality services, and implemented simple and accessible technology for students and staff. In 2016, Reza became the Head of Learning Technologies & Open Access at Solihull College & University Centre, where they worked on integrating and utilizing learning technologies to keep the college at the forefront of innovation. Currently, Reza is working at Tribal Group as the Head of Student Engagement, leading initiatives that enhance student participation and engagement across various educational sectors. Reza collaborates with senior colleagues to implement digital transformation strategies.

Reza Mosavian completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Multimedia Computing with Music Technology from the University of West London from 2003 to 2006. Following this, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Design & Digital Media at Coventry University. In 2009 to 2010, Reza attended the University of Warwick to earn a PGCE Secondary ICT degree in Education.
