Katie Saiidifar, SHRM-CP

Katie Saiidifar has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Human Resources Manager at Tribal Tech, LLC since December 2017. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the same company from June 2015 to December 2017.

Before joining Tribal Tech, LLC, Katie held a position as a Coordinator of Orientation, Transition & Retention at American University from April 2013 to June 2015. During their time there, they managed and directed orientation programs for new students and their families, as well as implemented welcome week programs.

From June 2011 to April 2013, Katie worked as an Assistant Director of Student Success at Purdue University, where they focused on supporting student success initiatives. Prior to that, they held various roles at the Student Success Center and Career Center at the University of South Carolina, including Assistant Supplemental Instruction Supervisor, Graduate Assistant, and Practicum Student.

Katie also gained experience at George Mason University, where they worked as a Graduate Intern at the Orienation & Family Programs & Services from May 2010 to August 2010. Prior to that, they held positions as a Special Projects Coordinator and Administrative and Program Support Specialist at the same department from October 2008 to August 2009. Katie also had a role as a Student Intern/Office Assistant at the Leadership Education and Development Office from May 2008 to May 2009.

Katie Saiidifar, SHRM-CP, has a strong education background. Katie obtained a Master's degree in Education from the University of South Carolina (USC) between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended George Mason University (GMU) from 2005 to 2009, where they earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees. Their first degree was in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, and their second degree was in Government and International Politics.

In addition to their academic achievements, Katie Saiidifar has also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2017.
