Mandeep Chohan, PMP

Mandeep Chohan, PMP, has a strong background in product management and business operations. From 2021 to present, Mandeep is working at TribalScale as an Associate Director of Product Management and previously held the role of Senior Product Manager. In these positions, Mandeep led cross-functional teams, developed product strategies, and managed product roadmaps and releases. Mandeep also worked at RBC, where they served as a Product Manager, leading solution-based projects to improve the user experience. Prior to that, Mandeep worked at RBC Investor & Treasury Services as a Manager, driving the creation of global policies and procedures. From 2013 to 2017, Mandeep was a Service Manager at RBC, handling complex client relationships and specializing in billing, corporate restructuring, and Cash Management products. Overall, Mandeep brings extensive experience in project management, product development, and operational improvement.

Mandeep Chohan, PMP, has a diverse education history that spans various fields. In 2003 to 2008, Mandeep attended York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Political Economy. In 2012, Mandeep obtained a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner certification from RBC Process Excellence.

Mandeep's interest in project management led them to pursue a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2016. In 2016 to 2017, Mandeep attended Liaison College and earned a diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.

Mandeep further expanded their professional knowledge and skills with additional certifications. They obtained a Product Management Professional Certification from Sequent Learning Networks in 2019. As for their most recent certification, Mandeep became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in 2021.

In terms of continuous learning, Mandeep acquired various certifications. They obtained certifications in Digital Transformation, Leading with a Growth Mindset, Learning Design Thinking, Personal Productivity for Product Managers, and Product Innovation for Product Managers from LinkedIn in June 2023. Additionally, Mandeep obtained a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in May 2023.
