Chiara Zucchelli

Chiara Zucchelli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Chiara most recently worked at Tribes Inspiring Workplaces, starting in 2022. In this role, they served as a Product Officer, focusing on analyzing insights to increase sales performance and profits. Chiara collaborated with cross-functional teams and external strategic partners to deliver product improvements and operational plans. Chiara also identified opportunities to enhance customer experience, revenue performance, and reporting, while driving efficiencies through process improvements and data quality.

Prior to Tribes, Chiara worked at Radisson Hotel Group, starting in 2019. Chiara held the position of Front Desk Executive, where they optimized organizational processes and procedures, managed contracts, maintained communication with stakeholders, and motivated and coached new team members. Chiara also handled room reservations with a customized selling and payment process.

Before joining Radisson, Chiara worked as a Chief Image Officer at Sammie Sofia from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senior Waitress at Caprice Holdings Ltd. from 2015 to 2017.

Chiara Zucchelli attended Ipssar Andrea Mantegna from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Technical Diploma in Patisserie & Confectionery. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from Coursera in August 2019.
