Alex Cross

Alex Cross has a strong background in transformation, integration, and change management. They have served in various leadership roles in prominent companies. At Tribute Technology, Alex worked as the Head of Transformation, where they identified and prioritized strategic change initiatives, aligned data, and formulated recommendations for the company's growth strategy. At TIBCO, Alex was the VP, Global Head of M&A Integration, leading the integration process for the Citrix and TIBCO merger. They also served as the Sr. Director of M&A Integrations at PayPal, spearheading integrations and strategy development for the company's financial technology platform. In addition, Alex served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at PayPal, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy planning and successful spin-off from eBay. Prior to their corporate roles, Alex had a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Department Head/Chief Operating Officer and Company Commander, leading combat operations and overseeing teams of Marines.

Alex Cross has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & East Asian Studies from Washington and Lee University. Furthermore, Alex has received the Olmsted Scholar designation from the Olmsted Scholar Foundation, which was completed at Vietnam National University, Hanoi. They also obtained a Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in December 2021.
