Lea Dissing

Lea Dissing has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lea started their career as a Student Assistant at Maersk Drilling in 2015 and later worked as a Student Assistant at Maersk Supply Service in 2016. In 2017, they joined Holo and held various roles including Project Coordinator, People Coordinator, and Manager, People. During their time at Holo, they played a key role in establishing the People function and implementing people processes at both national and international levels. In 2020, Lea joined Better Energy as a People Manager, where they were responsible for re-creating the People team and developing people processes. Lea successfully managed daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. Lea also played a significant role in managing the Health and Safety Organization and creating Covid-19 guidelines. In 2022, they joined Tricent as a People Manager.

Lea Dissing's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School for their Bachelor's degree, majoring in ha(psyk). Lea successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. Following this, Lea continued their education at the same institution and pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration and Psychology, known as Cand.merc.psyk. Lea completed their postgraduate degree in 2016.
