Olívia Marton

Olivia Marton is the Human Resources Coordinator at Tricentis. Olívia previously worked as a Senior Analyst at Mercer from June 2014 to May 2016, where they created and programmed online questionnaires, prepared cost estimates for online products, and conducted survey data analysis. Olívia also worked as an Office Assistant at EMC from December 2012 to June 2014, where they were responsible for benefits administration, invoicing, shipping, and providing administrative support to the HR Director. Olivia has also worked as a Shop Assistant at INGLOT from August 2008 to September 2008.

Olívia Marton has a Master's degree in the psychology of occupational counseling and organizations from the University of Lodz. Olívia also has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Lodz. Olívia participated in the Erasmus Program in psychology at the Universidad de Valencia. Olívia also has a master's degree from the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
