Emily Youngerman has diverse work experience in various companies. Emily is currently working as the Director of Employee Engagement and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Tricon Residential, where they oversee a large portfolio of single-family rental homes. Prior to this, Emily was the Director of Culture and People Communications at CSG, where they managed communications initiatives for people programs, employer brand, DEI, awards, and impact. Before that, they served as a Global Program Manager of Communications and Culture at Onica, an APN Premier Consulting Partner specializing in cloud technologies. Emily also worked as a Culture and Communications Consultant at CRB Auto and as an Implementation Consultant III at Wells Fargo Dealer Services.

Emily Youngerman obtained an Undergrad Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ashworth College in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Human Resources Administration from Ashworth College in 2016-2018. In 2022, Emily also obtained several additional certifications including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leader Certification from Diversity MBA, and the Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR Management from HRCI.
