Melissa Quigg

Melissa Quigg has had a successful career in the real estate industry. Melissa currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Asset Management at Tricon Residential since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President, Asset Management at Tricon Residential from July 2019. Before joining Tricon Residential, Melissa worked as the VP, Acquisitions and Asset Management at Friedkin Realty Group from September 2015 to August 2019. Melissa also held the role of VP, Investments at Pacific Urban Residential from July 2013 to August 2015. Melissa gained valuable experience as the VP, Investments at McDowell Properties from January 2006 to February 2013, where they closed approximately $1 billion in multi-family transactions and purchased $180 million in Freddie Mac CMBS securities. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Associate at KBS Realty Advisors, Fowler Property Acquisitions, and UBS Realty Investors. Melissa started their career as a Financial Analyst at Transcontinental Corporation, where they developed financial models and performed market research for real estate development projects.

Melissa Quigg completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Santa Barbara in 1999. Later, in 2006, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Holistic Health from Hawthorne University.
