Chelsea Baird

Industrial Designer at TricorBraun

Chelsea Baird started their work experience in 2011 at Clemson University, where they worked as a Printing and Plotting Customer Service representative until 2012. Chelsea then became a CCIT CRLT Intern from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Chelsea joined Nestle S.A. as an R&D Package Design intern, where they worked until July 2014. After that, they worked as a Sustainability Services Intern at Sealed Air Corporation from May 2015 to August 2015.

Chelsea then worked as a Student Packaging Consultant for Reason to Bake from August 2015 to December 2015 as part of their Senior Capstone Project.

Finally, they joined TricorBraun in January 2016 as an Industrial Designer. In this role, they were responsible for developing concepts for rigid plastic and glass packaging using SolidWorks and KeyShot + Adobe Creative Suite. Chelsea also utilized 3D printing technologies for prototyping. Chelsea ensured that all designs were manufacturable by considering material capability, production processes, and vendor capabilities.

Chelsea Baird obtained their High School Diploma from Easley High School from 2006 to 2010. Chelsea then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science at Clemson University from 2010 to 2015.
