Genta Raci

Genta Raci began their work experience in 2015 as a Marketing and Design Intern at MB Sport, where they assisted the design team and organized merchandise inventory. In 2016, they held a Procurement Internship at Newell Brands for a short period. From 2016 to 2017, Genta worked as a Tennis Shop Associate at Silver Spring Country Club, managing inventory and assisting with client services and tennis camp planning. In 2020, they became a Barista at KUDU Coffee & Craft Beer, where they prepared quality craft beverages and maintained positive customer interactions. In 2021, Genta joined TERSUS Solutions as a Partner Implementation Specialist, collaborating with brands like Patagonia and REI to drive progress in circular fashion. They also served as the Social Media & Operations Manager at RND2 Recommerce, aiming to create a recommerce marketplace for rejected apparel and brands' dead stock. Currently, Genta holds the position of Digital Marketing Content Coordinator at TricorBraun, starting in 2022.

Genta Raci attended the College of Charleston from 2016 to 2020, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with double minors in Economics and Environmental & Sustainability Studies. In 2019, Genta also briefly studied Business Administration and Economics at The University of Queensland. Additionally, Genta obtained certifications in "Digital Marketing Foundations" and "Diversity and Inclusion in Marketing: Inclusive Language for Marketers" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
