Shelly Swihart

Shelly Swihart has extensive work experience spanning different companies and roles. Shelly began their career as a Supervisor of Agency Accounting at Maritz Travel Company in 2001 and stayed in that role until 2003. Following that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Technisource from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2014, Shelly worked at HD Supply, starting as a Manager of FP&A - Incentive Compensation and later transitioning to a Manager of Human Resources. In 2014, they joined HD Supply Waterworks as a Manager of Human Resources and remained in that position until 2017. Shelly then moved to Core & Main in 2017, where they served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources until 2019. Shelly'smost recent role is with TricorBraun, where they started in 2019 as a Senior Manager of Compensation and then transitioned to the position of Director of Total Rewards in April 2021.

Shelly Swihart's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 1999. Prior to that, they attended Truman State University from 1988 to 1991, focusing on Accounting. Shelly also holds additional certifications, including the SHRM - CP and the SHRM-Certified Professional, obtained in December 2016 from the SHRM institution.
