Ying Li has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and account management. Ying started their career at PACIFIC BAG, INC. in 2005, where they initially served as a Marketing and Executive Assistant. In this role, they assisted the marketing manager and CEO in various researches and managed trade show bookings and logistics. Ying then progressed to the role of Accounts Manager, where they identified new markets for new products and frequently visited major accounts. Ying was also responsible for exhibiting at major market industry trade shows. Ying continued with PACIFIC BAG, INC. as a Senior Accounts Manager, actively managing a multi-million dollar annual sales territory and resolving customer concerns. Ying later served as the Director of Key Accounts and Inside Sales, managing a sales territory of over $10 million annual sales and achieving double-digit growth in the last five years.
In 2019, Ying Li joined TricorBraun Flex as a Senior Key Account Manager. In this role, they focused on managing top key accounts in the specialty coffee, natural products, and specialty foods industries. Ying maintained and grew the sales territory from $13 million to $15 million on the West Coast and actively promoted new products and helped customers launch high-profile packaging projects.
Recently, in 2021, Ying Li transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager at TricorBraun Flex. Ying now manages a team of high-performance packaging consultants on the West Coast US and Canada. Ying'sresponsibilities include providing product training, strategic selling techniques, and guidance on problem-solving. Ying also provides mentorship to rigid packaging consultants, inside sales, and customer service representatives to achieve optimum results. Additionally, they continue to maintain top key accounts for the Flexible Division with an emphasis on sustainable packaging.
Ying Li obtained an AA degree in International Business from Bellevue College, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Seattle University from 2002 to 2004.
