Laurence Herman

Laurence Herman, PMP, has extensive experience in program and project management within the maritime and drilling industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Trident Maritime Systems since October 2021, Laurence previously held the position of Assistant Rig Manager at Pacific Drilling, overseeing a $52M operating budget and ensuring crew training and maintenance. Prior roles include Project Lead and Asset Integrity Analyst at PinnacleART, where oversight of Reliability Centered Maintenance projects took place, as well as a series of engineering roles at Ensco plc, including Capital Projects Subsea Project Engineer and on-site lead for new build subsea equipment. Early career experience includes working as a Third Assistant Engineer on the MV Maumee and participation in a three-year rotational engineer training program at Ensco. Laurence earned a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
