Vinay Jagan

Vinay Jagan is an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Purdue University, expected to graduate in December 2024. Current roles include serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, where responsibilities involve assisting students with microprocessor lab work and demonstrating communication protocols, and as a Data Science Intern at Trident Systems, focusing on preprocessing vehicular CAN data and developing solutions for signal anomaly detection. Previous experience encompasses research in machine learning and biology at the Academies of Loudoun, where Vinay designed a real-time classifier for heart arrhythmias, and leadership as President of the Competitive Programming Club. Additionally, Vinay contributed as a Programming/Electrical Officer for the RoboLoCo robotics team, specializing in PCB design for CAN bus systems.
