Pamela A. Wilson

Pamela A. Wilson, PhD, is an experienced educator and leader with a distinguished career in both academia and the U.S. Army. Since January 2009, Pamela has served as Part-Time Faculty at Trident University International, specializing as a Doctoral Chair and Committee member, guiding students through the dissertation process while providing essential feedback and support. Prior to this academic role, Pamela served in the U.S. Army for over 30 years, culminating as the Chaplain Sergeant Major responsible for religious support across 77 Army installations globally, overseeing significant resources and training initiatives. Pamela also directed the Spouse Leadership Development Course, focusing on mentoring spouses of senior noncommissioned officers. Pamela holds a PhD in Educational Leadership with eLearning from Trident University International, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Troy University, and multiple degrees in education and physical education.
