Thera Engels

Thera Engels currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Tiko since November 2019, having previously served as HR Manager. From November 2015 to November 2019, Thera was employed at Iggesund Paperboard as HR and Business Support Manager and HR Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles at Zorgbelang Noord-Holland from 2006 to July 2015, encompassing HR Advisor, Consultant, Management Assistant, and Secretary, as well as a position as Regiocoördinator at Zorg verandert from September 2014 to June 2015. Thera began a career in the HR field while working at JMW Horeca Uitzendbureau from 2004 to 2006 during academic studies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by post-bachelor studies in Personnel Management from NCOI. Additionally, Thera has pursued studies at Panepistimio Kritis and the University of Amsterdam.
