Noy Fima is the QA Manager at Trigo Vision, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to their current role, Fima served as the Director of Technical Support at Palo Alto Networks from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading and executing projects supporting the use of the Google Media Platforms to large media-agencies and marketers.
Fima has a wealth of experience in providing technical expertise and offering solution support to advanced troubleshooting questions, technical pre-sales, product implementation, training, and custom development. Noy has worked both remotely and on-site on a variety of cross-product related projects across the platform, acting as a link between business needs and solutions.
The roll included the following:
• Scoping and collecting customer requirements providing guidance on best practices and applying technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs.
• Overseeing the project through the complete technical and operational life-cycle, ensuring committed deliverables are met.
• Ensuring internal management and customers are provided with appropriate, timely and accurate project information and status updates, alongside identifying and proactively addressing delays, budget and technical quality concerns.
Thanks to their experience and expertise, Fima has been able to successfully lead the QA team at Trigo Vision to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality before being released to customers.
Noy Fima has a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Noy also has a degree in Physics and Mathematics from Comprehensive High School (Yehud).
They work with Dana Mizrahi - Software Engineer, Hadar Gorodissky - Machine Learning, and Lior Uzan - Machine Learning. Noy Fima reports to Daniel Gabay, Co-Founder & CTO. A direct report to Noy Fima is and Tal Libhaber - QA Engineer.
