Muki Bourla

Muki Bourla serves as Chief Operating Officer at Trigo since May 2023, focusing on enhancing the shopping experience through AI solutions while overseeing all operational aspects and customer engagement throughout the product life cycle. Muki previously worked at Ericsson from 1999 to 2015, contributing to operations and professional services within the Global Customer Unit for Vodafone and managing key contracts in managed services and radio modernization. Muki holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
