Paul Koesler, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul started their career as a Systems/Site Engineer intern at ComEd in 1997. In 1999, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Vehicle Engineering Engineer before moving on to roles such as Chassis Systems Integration Engineer, Chassis Suspension Design Engineer, and Chassis Electric Power Steering Engineer. In 2007, Paul joined Trijicon, Inc. where they held positions as a Mechanical Engineer, Product Development Engineering Supervisor, and R&D Engineering Manager/Senior R&D Engineering Manager. As of November 2020, they are currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Trijicon, Inc.
Paul Koesler, P.E. earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the period of 1994 to 1998. Paul further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2000 to 2002.
In addition to their academic achievements, Paul Koesler, P.E. has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Paul became a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Michigan in August 2003. Paul also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification, which they obtained from Ford Motor Company in April 2004. Furthermore, they recently secured certifications as a Radiation Safety Officer and a DOT Hazmat Certification from Radiation Safety Engineering in July 2021 and June 2021, respectively.
