Seth Goldberg

MD, Special Situations at Trilantic Capital Partners

SETH GOLDBERG is a Managing Director of Trilantic North America Special Situations. His primary focus is on debt and equity investments in financially, regulatorily, legally, and/or operationally stressed businesses across a wide range of sectors. Before joining Trilantic North America to help launch the Special Situations platform, Seth was involved in the formation of a distressed and special situations strategy for Tarsadia Capital, a multi-billion dollar single-family office. Earlier in his career, he worked at H.I.G. Bayside Capital, an investment manager focused on stressed and distressed credit, and GSC Group, a private equity firm focused on debt-for-control investments. Seth began his career in Lehman Brothers’ Global Natural Resources investment banking practice in New York. Seth holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from Dartmouth College.
