Ulrich Wandschneider

Dr. Ulrich Wandschneider is the chairman of the Advisory Board of Trilantic Europe´s portfolio companies Oberberg, SmileEyes, and Argentum. He has gained 15 years of experience as CEO and Chairman of the supervisory boards of Asklepios Kliniken GmbH & Co.KGaA, Hamburg, the second-largest hospital group in Germany, and MediClin AG, Offenburg. Before his industry managerial positions, he worked for 17 years for the consulting firms Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Consulting - the last seven years as a Partner of 'Lifescience & Healthcare'. He has consulting and management experience in Healthcare for more than 25 years. Additionally, he is a Trustee of the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Stiftung, Berlin, and is experienced in further supervisory boards of family-owned and publicly traded companies including serving as a member of the supervisory board of German biotechnology company, BioNTech SE, Mainz, since 2018. Dr. Wandschneider holds a Diploma and a Doctor´s degree in Business Administration.
