Michelle McDonough has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michelle started their career in 1999 as the Director of Operations at Winslow Management Company, a Division of Adams Harkness. Michelle then worked as a Business Analyst at Adams Harkness from 2005 to 2007. Michelle went on to become the Chief Operating Officer at Winslow Management Company from 2007 to 2009. Michelle continued their career as the COO - Winslow, Mutual Fund Administrator at Brown Advisory from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they joined Trillium Asset Management as the Chief Operating Officer. Michelle became the Co-Founder of the Boston Renegades Foundation in 2020, where they aim to empower women through sports and break down financial barriers. Michelle also served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Boston Renegades since 2015. Michelle recently took on the role of Independent Trustee at Tidal ETF Trust II in 2022. Additionally, they became a Board Member at The Home for Little Wanderers in the same year.

Michelle McDonough graduated from Belmont High School in 1998. Michelle then attended Salem State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business.
