Jeff LeBlanc has a extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Starting in 1984 as a Test Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding, they then moved on to roles such as Field Service Engineer at Atwood & Morrill Co., Design Engineer at Atwood & Morrill Co., Product Manager at Atwood & Morrill Co., and Service Manager at Atwood & Morrill Co. Inc. In 2006, they became Vice President of Commercial Operations at WEIR VALVES & CONTROLS USA INC, followed by VP Product Development and Director, Global Supplier Development roles. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Weir Flow Control as Global Supply Chain Manager and Director of Supplier Quality and Development. Currently, they are employed at Trillium Flow Technologies as a Supply Chain Manager and at X-energy as a Lead Auditor.
From 1980 to 1984, Jeff LeBlanc attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering.
