Mehgan H. Wichuk

Mehgan H. Wichuk has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance and corporate governance. Mehgan H. currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Trillium Flow Technologies, where they lead the legal, compliance, and sustainability functions. In this role, they manage international and domestic acquisitions, develops compliance programs, and supports the Board members in corporate governance.

Prior to their current role, Mehgan served as Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Gyrodata and as the General Counsel at Seadrill. Mehgan H. also held the position of Senior Division Counsel at Trican Well Service Ltd., where they managed a department responsible for litigation, transactional, employment, contracts, and regulatory matters.

Mehgan began their legal career at Schlumberger Oilfield Services, where they handled legal matters for the company's oilfield services operations in the United States and Gulf of Mexico. Mehgan H. provided support for contract negotiations, employment matters, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, Mehgan has served on the board of Impact100 Houston, a collective force for good that empowers women to make a transformative impact by donating.

Before entering the corporate sector, they worked as an attorney at DeHay & Elliston.

Mehgan H. Wichuk received their B.A. degree in Government, Spanish, and Business from The University of Texas at Austin in the years 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued their J.D. degree in Law at the University of Houston Law Center from 1999 to 2002. Simultaneously, they attained their M.B.A. degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business during 2000 to 2002.
