Alison Quigley

SVP, Patient Care Services & Master Plan Clinical Lead at Trillium Health Partners

After graduating with her BScN from Queen’s University, Alison began her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital for Sick Children and went on to become Clinical Educator for four years in the Perinatal Program at Toronto General Hospital. She returned to SickKids to work as a clinician on the Neonatal Transport Team and then accepted a position on an organization-wide strategic redesign team, leading change in the Emergency Department and in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health program.

After completing her MHSc (Health Administration) from the University of Toronto, Alison was appointed Director, Acute Care Transport Services at SickKids, a team specializing in the safe transport of sick and critically ill neonates and children.

In 2005, Alison became the Executive Director for the Child Health Network for the Greater Toronto Area. Alison was a member on the Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health (PCMCH) Maternal Newborn Advisory Committee and many of its working groups. She currently sits on PCMCH Transport Advisory committee, and has recently been appointed co-chair for the PCMCH Maternal Newborn Surge Strategy.

In 2011 Alison joined the Credit Valley Hospital as the Director for the Emergency Department and the Mental Health Program, and in 2012 was appointed Program Director for the Women’s & Children’s Health Program in the newly merged Trillium Health Partners. Since 2012, Alison has also served as the Administrative Lead for the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network’s Regional Maternal Newborn Child and Youth Clinical Integration Program.

In 2013, Alison was promoted to the role of Associate Vice President, Patient Care Services, overseeing a portfolio that includes Women’s & Children’s Health, Mental Health, Laboratory Medicine and Genetics, Pharmacy, and Diagnostic Imaging.
