Aiguo Liu

Aiguo Liu has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they served as the Chief Engineer at Trillium Renewable Chemicals starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Genomatica as a Principal Engineer in process development from June 2019 to January 2020. Aiguo also held the position of Principal Engineer in process development at REG Life Sciences, LLC from April 2018 to May 2019, and as a Senior Process Engineer from May 2016 to March 2018. They worked as a Principal Engineer at UOP, A Honeywell Company from September 2013 to October 2015 and as a Senior Research Engineer at INVISTA from February 2012 to August 2013. Aiguo's earlier experience includes being a group leader in R&D at Sud-Chemie from January 2006 to February 2012 and an Assistant Professor at Tuskegee University from July 2001 to December 2005.

Aiguo Liu obtained an MS/BS in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University. Additionally, Aiguo Liu pursued a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University.
