Christian Weaver

Christian Weaver is an experienced professional in program management and digital communications, currently serving as Director at Trilogy Federal since January 2018. In this role, Christian provides performance transformation support to Veterans Affairs, focusing on organizational design, process improvement, and training. Previously, Christian held the position of Senior Manager at Trilogy, offering performance transformation services to multiple VA clients. From January 2006 to October 2017, Christian was the Director of Digital Communications & Technology Services at Altarum, where a $5M contract was successfully managed to support the Office of the National Coordinator’s Health IT Federal Advisory Committees. Christian also has experience as Assistant Director of Health Communications at Altarum and as Webmaster & Technology Project Coordinator at Health Systems Research, Inc. Christian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose.
