Michele Koch

Michele Koch is an accomplished executive coach and culture consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Trilogy Health Services, LLC since December 2023, Michele also operates as the Principal at SagePath Coaching & Consulting since May 2018. Previously, at Republic Bank, Michele held the position of SVP, Chief Culture and People Development Officer, where initiatives were established for culture, engagement, and development strategies. Michele's experience also includes leadership roles at Humana in Enterprise Talent Management and Development, contributing to significant organizational change and talent strategies, as well as positions in organization development and communications at Siemens AG and General Motors. Michele holds an MBA in HR and General Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA & BFA in Art History and Communications from Cornell University.
