Executive Assistant to Senior Partner (w/m/d)
Full-Time – In office (Frankfurt)/Hybrid

Position Summary:

Your role is to solve problems before anyone even knows they exist! You're able to provide high-level professional support to our Senior Partner and other senior executives in a fast-paced client service environment. You pay strong attention to detail and work highly accurately even under pressure. Your attitude is if it needs to get done you will find a way. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German, as they will be the primary point of contact for the Senior Partner for her international clientele. She is looking for an enthusiastic, positive, diligent, and highly organized professional to support her in her daily work, who can effortlessly keep up with the fast pace of her schedule.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Senior Partner, handling all calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, processing these to reduce her workload.

  • Manage the Senior Partner's calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring that she is fully prepared and informed of all relevant details for upcoming events.

  • Manage all aspects of her travel, including finding cost effective travel options and thinking 2 steps ahead to ensure all details are accounted for (e.g. selection of appropriate hotels, ground transportation, etc.).

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all logistics for meetings, including the preparation of materials and the management of all follow-up actions.

  • Liaise with other members of the executive, leadership, and management teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Senior Partner.

  • Manage the Senior Partner's expenses.

  • Research and analyze information to assist the Senior Partner in decision-making, and prepare reports and presentations as required.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

  • Proven relevant experience as an executive assistant to an executive.

  • Certificate/bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field would be an asset

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German.

  • You make decisions based on your own judgment and the situation.

  • You know when to ask for help or advice, and you are perceptive and pragmatic.

  • You are highly professional, diplomatic, and have discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
